If the quality score is between 1-5 it is a bad score where a company website will not be shown in search results for the given keyword.
If the quality score is 6 it is default score given by Google for every company site.

If the quality score is high Cost per click is less and vice-versa.
How to set QS to display on Keyword tab.
Goto columns and click modify columns then choose attributes and add quality score and drag it to the top of the list shown. (From topic How to Add Keywords into account)
Factors for Quality Score.- CTR of the keywords (Must be considered).
- Relevancy of keywords and ads.
- Relevancy of landing page.
- Historical account data (preference will be given to old accounts).
